How can I bid in this sale?

Bidding Methods: 
A.  Absentee Bidders (Fax, emailed and Snail Mail) - Please bid early, since tie book bids go to the earliest bidder.
B.  Attention - Absentee Internet Bidders via ARCHIVES INTERNATIONAL LIVE ONLINE BIDDING PLATFORM, Ties go to the Book in all cases. All Live Internet Bids will lose if there is a tie with the book no matter when you have entered the bid. Important bids should be left with us directly or arrange live phone bidding to avoid 
disappointment

  1. Bids can be faxed to 1-201-871-4345 or sent by email to info@archivesinternational.com up to 11:00 PM, Monday, March 9th, 2015 
  2. Last minute bids emailed or Faxed after the 11:00 PM deadline may possibly not be executed on time or at all, so please bid early.

  5. Absentee bids phoned to us in New Jersey must be confirmed in writing or by FAX  and must be received no later than 6:00 PM, Monday, March 9th, 2015. Phone bids received after this may be overlooked and not entered in time for the auction.
  6. Live Phone bidding during sale. Please call us at 201-944-4800 or email us at info@archivesinternational.com to schedule your bidding appointment. Please send us accurate phone numbers. We cannot reopen lots if you are not available when we call. We cannot accept phone bids for lots under $200.
  7. Bids can be mailed, BUT PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM RECEIPT. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BIDS SENT BY MAIL AND NOT RECEIVED IN TIME. 
  8. You can bid Live Online with our Internet Bidding Portal "ARCHIVES INTERNATIONAL LIVE"  and participate in real time as if you are in the auction room or had an agent bidding for you.
